All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Cancellations or address changes can ONLY be made if order has not yet shipped. After shipment NO refunds or address changes possible!!!
Returns

Return within 12 hours: You can request a Return within 12 hours of ordering. Please contact us soon if you cancel for full Return.
After 12 hours: Orders older than 12 hours will not receive a full Return. The package has often already been sent to customs. No full Return possible.
Partial Return after deadline: After 12 hours max 50% of your order amount can be Returned. This is due to the cost of recovering the package from customs.
No Return after shipment: If package is shipped and you have tracking number, no Return possible.
Insurance & customs problems: All packages are insured. If customs detains your package and does not release it, you will get full Return.
Wrong address or delivery problems: If package cannot be delivered due to wrong address or customer error, customer has to pay new shipping cost by himself.
